Bar Manager

Overview:

  • Supervises entire operations of the bar department; oversees training and managing of the bar staff, cleanliness of lounges.
  • Reports directly to the Hotel Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three to five years food and beverage experience. Good managers have learned the entire bar department operations from the bottom up most likely beginning on ships in an entry-level bar position.
  • Managerial experience necessary.

Salary Range & Contract Length:

  • $2,000-3,000 per month with possible percentage of revenues.
  • 6-9 months on board/4-8 weeks vacation
