Bar Manager
Overview:
- Supervises entire operations
of the bar department; oversees training and managing of the bar staff, cleanliness of
lounges.
- Reports directly to the Hotel
Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum three to five years
food and beverage experience. Good managers have learned the entire bar department
operations from the bottom up most likely beginning on ships in an entry-level bar
position.
- Managerial experience
necessary.
Salary Range & Contract
Length:
- $2,000-3,000 per month with
possible percentage of revenues.
- 6-9 months on board/4-8 weeks
vacation
