Hotel
Manager Overview:
- Hotel manager supervise all other
departments on board with the exception of deck and engine.
- Duties include the implementation of
various shipboard services and systems including budget management, schedules,
inspections, training, communications, et.
- Insures that all departments
maintain high standards.
- Reports directly to the Vice
President of Hotel Operations at the shoreside office.
Requirements:
- Extensive previous hotel experience
of no less than five years as a hotel manager, a degree in hotel and restaurant
management, and/or prior cruise ship experience.
- Managerial experience.
Salary Range & Contract
Length:
- $3,800-4,700 per month.
- 3-4 months on board/2-5 weeks
vacation.
