Overview:

  • Hotel manager supervise all other departments on board with the exception of deck and engine.
  • Duties include the implementation of various shipboard services and systems including budget management, schedules, inspections, training, communications, et.
  • Insures that all departments maintain high standards.
  • Reports directly to the Vice President of Hotel Operations at the shoreside office.

Requirements:

  • Extensive previous hotel experience of no less than five years as a hotel manager, a degree in hotel and restaurant management, and/or prior cruise ship experience.
  • Managerial experience.

Salary Range & Contract Length:

  • $3,800-4,700 per month.
  • 3-4 months on board/2-5 weeks vacation.
