Overview:

  • The F&B Manager is responsible for the management and supervision of the restaurants, bar and galley and related areas. Responsibilities include food cost budgeting, training, maintaining a high standard of food quality and service, safe handling of food supplies, et.
  • Reports directly to the hotel manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three to five years food and beverage experience with a hotel or restaurant or prior ship experience in related position, culinary background and education preferable, food protection certificates.
  • Managerial experience required.

Salary Range & Contract Length:

  • $2,800-3,200 per month.
  • 4-6 months on board/4-8 weeks vacation.
