Overview:

• Responsible for the day to day supervision of the restaurants, bar and galley and related activities as directed by the F&B Manager. Responsibilities include training and maintaining a high standard of food quality and service.
• Reports directly to the F & B Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum two to three years food and beverage experience with a hotel or restaurant or prior ship experience in related position, culinary background and education preferable, food protection certificates.
• Managerial experience required.

Salary Range & Contract Length:

• $2,200-2,500 per month.
• 4-6 months on board/4-8 weeks vacation.
